Have you received an invoice from us?

We invoice patients on behalf of physicians who were uninsured, had invalid healthcare or personal information, or staff was unable to collect insurance information or payment at time of care.

Do you have coverage?

If you have received an invoice, it is most likely due to lack of insurance or coverage, or incorrect information.


​Providing health care insurance information, or correcting misinformation, MAY void your invoice.  To provide missing information, please contact us immediately (time sensitive).


To prevent receiving an invoice or having to pay for health services in the future, always carry your provincial health card with you and keep your contact information up-to-date.

 

Please note if the invoice is not paid within 30 days collections action may be taken.
 

You may be eligible for a refund.

If you have already paid for services upfront at the health care facility, you may be eligible for a refund from your provincial  health care plan or third-party insurance company, please contact them directly for more information and keep all original receipts.
